Adult services and any sexual services are prohibited. Illegal activity, drugs, gambling, violence, and hidden cameras are prohibited. Do not bypass RoomlyHub for off-platform transactions or contact sharing. Do not exceed the approved guest count or booking time. Respect the equipment, staff, neighboring rooms, and on-site rules. RoomlyHub is a booking platform for space access, not a provider of massage, beauty, medical, counseling, lodging, or other regulated services.

Legal and regulatory expectations
Dragon Byte Design Inc owns and operates RoomlyHub as a platform for lawful hourly professional room booking.
Hosts must comply with every law, license, permit, building rule, lease rule, zoning rule, tax rule, insurance obligation, sanitation requirement, fire code, and occupancy limit that applies to the space.
Guests and service providers must comply with professional licensing and scope-of-practice rules for the state and city where the service occurs.
In New York, massage therapy and many beauty or health-related services can require state licensing or other regulatory compliance. Similar rules exist in other states.
RoomlyHub may remove listings, cancel bookings, suspend accounts, preserve records, and cooperate with lawful requests when safety, fraud, illegal activity, or compliance concerns arise.
