Terms of Service
Terms for booking and listing hourly professional rooms.
Effective date: May 15, 2026
These terms apply when you access RoomlyHub, create an account, list a space, book a space, submit a review, contact support, or otherwise use the platform.
RoomlyHub is a project and operating brand of Dragon Byte Design Inc, a New York business corporation.
1. RoomlyHub is a space-booking marketplace
These Terms are between you and Dragon Byte Design Inc, operating the RoomlyHub platform.
RoomlyHub provides technology that helps guests discover and book hourly professional spaces, including massage rooms, spa rooms, beauty rooms, consultation rooms, short-rest rooms, hotel day rooms, studios, meeting spaces, and other professional rooms.
RoomlyHub does not own, operate, inspect continuously, employ, supervise, or control the services performed inside listed spaces. Hosts and guests are independent users responsible for their own conduct, services, permits, taxes, insurance, licenses, and legal compliance.
2. Lawful use only
You may use RoomlyHub only for lawful purposes and only in compliance with federal law, state law, local law, building rules, lease terms, licensing rules, tax rules, health and sanitation rules, fire and safety rules, and professional board requirements that apply to you or the space.
Adult services, sexual services, escort activity, illegal massage, drugs, gambling, violence, hidden cameras or recording, harassment, discrimination, trafficking, weapons misuse, property damage, unlicensed regulated services, and off-platform payment schemes are prohibited.
3. Regulated services and professional licensing
Many activities that may occur in a booked room are regulated. Examples include massage therapy, cosmetology, esthetics, medical services, mental health counseling, physical therapy, lodging, food service, and other professional activities.
If you offer or receive a regulated service, you are responsible for confirming that all required licenses, registrations, supervision, scope-of-practice limits, permits, insurance, sanitation practices, and location rules are satisfied in the state and city where the room is located. RoomlyHub does not verify every professional license and does not provide legal or professional advice.
4. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
RoomlyHub may refuse, suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts, listings, or bookings when we believe doing so is needed for safety, fraud prevention, policy enforcement, legal compliance, or platform integrity.
5. Host obligations
Hosts must list only spaces they are authorized to offer, keep listing information accurate, maintain the space in safe and clean condition, honor confirmed bookings, disclose material limits, and follow all applicable laws and building rules.
Hosts are responsible for taxes, insurance, permits, licenses, occupancy limits, accessibility obligations where applicable, workplace rules, employee or contractor compliance, and all on-site operations.
6. Guest obligations
Guests must use the space only for the booked purpose, respect staff and neighboring rooms, follow room rules, avoid damage, leave on time, and comply with occupancy, sanitation, access, and safety instructions.
Guests may not misuse private address details, host contact information, building access codes, equipment, payment systems, or support channels.
7. Bookings, deposits, payment, and cancellations
RoomlyHub may collect a reservation deposit, payment authorization, platform fee, or other amount shown during checkout. Exact payment terms are shown before you book.
Cancellation, no-show, host cancellation, credits, penalties, and refund handling are governed by the cancellation policy shown on the site and by any additional terms shown at checkout.
8. Privacy, safety reviews, and support
RoomlyHub may review listings, messages sent to support, risk reports, booking records, payment status, and account activity to operate the marketplace, prevent fraud, handle disputes, and enforce these terms.
Exact room address may be withheld from public listings and released only after payment or when operationally necessary. Host phone and email may remain hidden to reduce off-platform transactions and protect marketplace safety.
9. SMS program terms
RoomlyHub may send transactional SMS messages for phone login codes, account or booking phone verification, booking payment status, booking confirmations, cancellations, payment-failure notices, host booking alerts, store or manager booking alerts, and account safety notices only when you request an SMS code or separately opt in to the relevant SMS notification setting.
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of creating an account, using RoomlyHub, listing a room, receiving bookings, completing a booking, or making a purchase. Email sign-in, email notices, and in-app dashboard notices remain available when SMS is not selected.
Message frequency varies by account activity, verification requests, booking activity, and host notification settings. Message and data rates may apply. RoomlyHub SMS messages are not used for third-party marketing.
Reply HELP for help and STOP to opt out where supported by the messaging carrier. You can also contact [email protected] for help with RoomlyHub SMS messages. Opting out may prevent some phone verification, booking alert, or account safety SMS from being delivered.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The platform is provided as available. RoomlyHub does not guarantee that every listing, host, guest, building, professional service, license, permit, or third-party payment service will be error-free, available, lawful, or suitable for your specific use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoomlyHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for user conduct, on-site services, property conditions, or third-party acts outside RoomlyHub's reasonable control.
11. Changes, governing law, and contact
RoomlyHub may update these terms as the marketplace develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are intended to operate consistently with applicable United States federal law, New York law, and other applicable state and local laws. If a mandatory law gives you non-waivable rights, those rights are not limited by these terms.
