What is RoomlyHub?

RoomlyHub is a marketplace for booking professional rooms by the hour. It helps guests find spaces and helps hosts manage listings, availability, booking notices, and deposits.

Who operates RoomlyHub?

Dragon Byte Design Inc owns and operates RoomlyHub. RoomlyHub is a project and operating brand of Dragon Byte Design Inc.

What types of rooms can be listed?

Massage rooms, spa rooms, beauty rooms, consultation rooms, short-rest rooms, hotel day rooms, studios, meeting rooms, and other lawful professional spaces may be listed when the host is authorized to offer them.

When do guests see the exact address?

Exact address is hidden from public listings and released only after payment. Host phone and email are not shown to guests; use the booking code at arrival.

Who is responsible for licenses and permits?

Hosts and service providers are responsible for every required license, permit, registration, supervision, insurance, tax, sanitation, zoning, lease, building, and professional compliance obligation in the location where the room or service is used.

Does RoomlyHub allow adult services?

No. Adult services, sexual services, escort activity, illegal massage, drugs, gambling, hidden cameras, violence, harassment, and similar prohibited conduct are not allowed.

Can hosts reject or cancel bookings?

Hosts must honor confirmed bookings, but cancellations may occur for emergencies, safety, room unavailability, maintenance, policy violations, or other operational reasons. Host-caused cancellation may qualify the guest for a refund or credit.

How do deposits work?

The checkout flow shows the deposit and payment terms. The current standard workflow uses a reservation deposit and expects the remaining balance to be paid at the store on arrival unless checkout says otherwise.

How do I report a problem?

Use the safety report form on the Safety page or email [email protected] with the booking ID, room name, appointment date, and details.
