User Guidelines

Use RoomlyHub for lawful professional room booking only.

These guidelines apply to guests, hosts, store staff, managers, and anyone who uses a booked room. They are part of the RoomlyHub safety and compliance program.

RoomlyHub is a project and operating brand of Dragon Byte Design Inc, a New York business corporation.

Guest guidelines

Book only for lawful professional, wellness, beauty, consultation, business, short-rest, studio, or similar compliant uses.

Arrive and leave within the booked time. Extra time must be approved and paid through the host's normal process.

Follow room rules, occupancy limits, building access instructions, sanitation rules, and staff directions.

Do not share private access details, lock codes, exact addresses, or any contact information outside the booking party.

Do not request or provide adult services, sexual services, drugs, gambling, illegal activity, hidden recording, harassment, or violence.

Use the platform for booking and dispute history. Do not pressure hosts into off-platform arrangements that avoid RoomlyHub records.

Host guidelines

List only spaces you control or are authorized to offer for hourly use.

Keep room photos, address area, amenities, rules, pricing, cancellation terms, and availability accurate.

Honor confirmed bookings, keep the room clean and ready, and disclose maintenance or access issues promptly.

Comply with all federal, state, city, building, zoning, fire, health, sanitation, tax, insurance, professional licensing, and permit obligations that apply to your space and services.

For massage therapy, beauty services, health-related services, counseling, or other regulated work, verify that the person providing the service has every license, registration, supervision, and scope-of-practice permission required in that location.

Never use RoomlyHub to advertise or facilitate adult services, sexual services, illegal massage, unlicensed regulated services, or unsafe activity.

Legal and licensing responsibility

Dragon Byte Design Inc owns and operates RoomlyHub as a platform for lawful hourly professional room booking.

RoomlyHub is a marketplace for space booking. It does not employ hosts, supervise professional services, or provide legal, tax, medical, massage, beauty, lodging, or real estate advice.

New York and many other states regulate massage therapy, cosmetology, esthetics, medical services, counseling, lodging, and other professional activities. Users must check their own jurisdiction before offering or receiving regulated services.

If a law, lease, building rule, professional board rule, or insurance policy is stricter than RoomlyHub's rules, the stricter requirement controls.

RoomlyHub may remove listings, cancel bookings, freeze accounts, preserve records, or cooperate with law enforcement when required or when safety, fraud, or legal compliance is at issue.
